Changes to the emulated device type become active after disconnecting and reconnecting HID Remapper.

Custom usages

If both Vendor ID and Product ID are zero, usage applies to all interfaces on all devices.
Set size to zero to remove an existing usage.
Custom usages are only applied after re-plugging the device or HID Remapper.

Expression /* comments */ are not saved to device, but they are preserved in exported JSON files.
